When I was a child, I used to love building string telephones.  A friend and I would join two tin cans together with a string. Provided we kept the string taut, we could chat together over a few metres. Nowadays, kids simply send a text on their mobile phones. Where’s the fun in that?

Matthew 6:8
…for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Prayer is vital to a Christian’s life. Before a word finds its way to your lips your mind has experienced a thought, feeling or image. Words are formed in when the speech part of your brain translates that thought, feeling or image into language, and you pray. Words are simply the product of a thought, feeling or image. Jesus said, “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth will speak.”

Prayer is the string – the conduit – that conducts your heartfelt thoughts, feelings or images to God. So, let’s be sure to keep that string taut!God-tracking is pouring your heart out in prayer.
