Peter had been fishing all night and caught nothing. After addressing the crowd on shore, Jesus told Peter to go out and fish again. Peter reluctantly complied, only to be surprised by the biggest catch he’d ever made. Peter left his catch and all he held dear to follow Jesus. Jesus said to him, “From now on you will catch men.” Peter could have made a fortune that day, but he chose to follow Jesus. He witnessed amazing miracles and the demonstration of God’s love. Peter even walked on water as he stayed in step with Jesus.

… assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
God’s word is packed with truth, hope and purpose, yet sadly, we all too often choose to follow our own selfish ambitions. Jesus is called the Way, the Truth and the Life for good reason. Only Jesus can provide us with true purpose. Stay in step with Jesus and you, too, may walk on water.
God-tracking is staying in step with Jesus.
